Situated just three blocks from the river in downtown New London, the Crocker House provides urban living in a historic building with rich Victorian details and charm. We’re across the street from the historic 1912 Municipal Building, and this pedestrian-friendly neighborhood features wide, brick-paved sidewalks lined with restaurants, shops, and businesses. From the Crocker House, you can easily visit the New London Waterfront Park, which features a promenade and five piers. Connecticut College and the US Coast Guard Academy are about two miles north of the Crocker House.
From New York & South:
Take I-95 North. Take exit 83 toward Norwich/CT-32/Downtown New London. Go straight through the light onto Huntington Avenue. At the third light take a left onto State Street. The Crocker House is the third block on the right.
From Boston & Providence:
Take I-95 South. Take exit 84S toward Downtown New London. Where exit splits bear left to downtown New London. At third light take a right onto State Street. The Crocker House is at the end of the first block on your left.
